Can't log in, can't view insurance card, can't get roadside assistance. What's the point of even having an app?
I am unable to log into app
They are reasonable
Unable to view policy; just a spinning wheel of death and the app is then frozen and you must manually shut the app down. Electronic proof of insurance does work.
Can't add 2nd policy....car is accepted..not homeowners
The app is horrible! It constantly freezes up. Do yourself a favor and just carry the printed proof of insurance.
Cannot sign up. Crashes. Note 9 all current updates
You need to fix whatever bug you currently have going where the app freezes. Can't even sign in anymore. Been that way for months. When the app is working correctly it is a 5 star app. Right now is unusable so 1 star.
